Leadership Factory 9: Making the Most of Your Summer

Listen to this inspiring episode of Leadership Factory: Building Leaders with Purpose where you’ll discover the keys to grow your church or ministry during the summer:

4 IMPORTANT SUMMER GROWTH DECISIONS
1) Decide that your church should grow.

It’s the Great Commission, not the Casual Suggestion!

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

Things that are alive and healthy naturally grow.

2) Decide that your church can grow.

It’s not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow. 1 Corinthians 3:7

3) Decide that you want your church to grow.

But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus–the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God. Acts 20:24

4) Decide that your church will grow.

Yet preaching the Good News is not something I can boast about. I am compelled by God to do it. How terrible for me if I didn’t preach the Good News! 1 Corinthians 9:16
