…a vital, life-changing message for a lost world.

For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing His glory. Colossians 1:27

Do people looking at you see Jesus reflected in your life?

You may be the only Bible some people ever see. You may be the only Jesus some people see.

What is your life message?

Leaders are dealers of hope for a world desperately in need of hope.

How are you sharing your life message with the world?

…a faith that expects results.

Faith is Free! You can have as much of it as you choose to!

And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. Hebrews 11:6

Do you expect big results when you pray? How confident are you that God will use you to accomplish His will?

Pro Tip: Claim the promises in God’s Word to build your faith.

…chooses to serve in attitude and action.

We’re saved to serve. Saved People Serve People.

For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many. Matthew 20:28

How do you know if you’re a servant? It depends on how you feel when people treat you like a servant.

How are you serving in what you say and do?

…sees him/herself as God sees them.

Humility is not seeing yourself as better or worse than you really are. True humility means seeing yourself as God sees you.

Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Philippians 2:3

Don’t fall into the comparison trap.

…is secure enough to empower others.

Insecurity is a leadership lid.

You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others. 2 Timothy 2:2

What are you doing empower those you lead?

Who will you start to encourage and empower to become better at what they do?

…lives under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Leaders are filled and anointed with the Holy Spirit.

Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit, Ephesians 5:18

This is a daily choice to give God’s Spirit control of your whole life.

…has chosen to be an example before he/she leads others.

Leaders KNOW the way, GO the way, and SHOW the way.

Dear brothers and sisters, pattern your lives after mine, and learn from those who follow our example. Philippians 3:17

Leaders set the pattern for followers to emulate.
